Currently the approximately 16,000 sf historical building in downtown Orange, VA is under renovation.

This turn of the century structure was the original carriage house for Orange and sits within a block of Mainstreet.

Once fully renovated, the space can be leased as small offices or larger, warehouse spaces. Teleworking spaces will also be available.
